Creative Therapy with Molly is a welcoming and dynamic space to focus on mental health and emotional wellbeing. I specialize in creative arts therapy, a unique approach to therapy that combines expressive arts (drama, art, writing, body movement) and talk therapy. Through this approach, I am able to help my clients get to the root of the problem, identify and express their feelings, gain insight into their thoughts and behaviors, and process difficult emotions.

Burnout & Compassion Fatigue

Molly specializes in providing support to those managing the symptoms of burnout and compassion fatigue, helping you to re-establish boundaries and balance in your life. Burnout can be difficult to move through without a roadmap. Molly works with clients to help find the strategy, energy, and motivation to heal and move forward.

Couples and Family Therapy

Marriage and family therapy provides couples and families with the tools and support they need to improve their communication and strengthen their relationships. Through this therapy, Molly works collaboratively to identify and address areas of conflict and develop strategies for building trust, communication, and loving relationships that last well beyond when therapy ends.
